Beyond his career as a children's show host, Soupy also managed to forge a career as a singer, such as it was with a voice that was more comic than melodic.
He performed his hit, "Do the Mouse," on the Sept. 12, 1965 edition of "The Ed Sullivan Show." Unfortunately, his performance probably didn't get noticed as much as he would have liked. One of the other acts on that show was the Beatles...
