people leaving in tug of war/ score duel online

im just wondering if u still get the win counted on your account if the opponent leaves in a ranked match. i just got the game but so far 2 of the tug of war games i played i was owning the opponent so badly that they quit.
on paranoid, it was the end of the song with no more notes left and the guy left, and i didnt get any win ( i know this cause i was on a 4 game win streak b4 that and i didnt get the 5 game streak achievement). is this happening to anyone else? if so, can something be done about it?

What I heard is, it counts as a win for some purposes (rank) but not for other purposes (achievements). I can't locate the place where I read that though.

It's tacky in any event. Give 'em negative feedback. There's an option right there for "quit early" as the reason.

It happened to me today... it sucked :( Just keep going and usually you'll find someone that isn't a little chicken. If you want to Drum Duel, i'm here ;) I don't quit.
