Hi,
Anyone have a phone number to customer service @ www.rockbandstore.com?
See, I ordered something and then I sent several requests to cancel the order. Well they sent it anyway.
These people do not answer their own "Ask a question" emails. I have sent many many requests and no help. I need a phone number. At least then I can hear the hang up on me.
Dont buy from www.rockbandstore.com. I am sure lots of people have had good exp. with them, BUT those people most likly did not need any help from customer service. JUST IN CASE you might need this service dont order from them.
Never order from as company with no phone number on the webpage. Learn from me. Order from bestbuy. They may not care what your problem is, but at least you'll get an answer.
I have contacted the BBB and reported them for thier lack of customer service. It is real easy to do online so if your having problems contact the BBB. Maby those guys can ask them to put a number on t he page.
