Also considering getting "Little Sister" and "3's and 7's" by Queens of the Stone Age. I would get the full QOTSA pack, but I'm short on MS points and do not intend to buy more anytime soon.

I can play a few songs on Expert and pretty much everything on Hard for Guitar (I assume I can do the same for Bass). I can also play almost every song on Medium for Drums and about 10 songs on Expert or Vocals.
