 How could anyone get that

The sad thing is that this is the first option if you google "i am the walrus lyrics" and the third option if you google "i am the walrus"

Those must be the super secret original lyrics. ;)

People will cut and paste anything to get you to look at google ads.

I am only singing it that way from now on.

I love eggs.

That website usually has pretty good lyrics, but wow. Someone really screwed up on that one. It seems like badly translated lyrics, but the lyrics were in English form the start, so I guess someone was...I don't even know.

Sounds like the author had some bad eggs and runny custard.

That really does seem like it was lazily written from memory (listening to the song exactly once and then writing the lyrics down in one go at the end), or as a joke. There's no way someone could listen to that song a bit at a time and seriously come up with that mess.

My dad always used to say that the end lyrics were "Blowin' pot, blowin' pot, everybody's blowin' pot!"

"Everybody smoke pot"

"Everybody", then sped up "smokepot"

Listen to the song, and sing along, that's what it sounds like to me.

I love how there is no walrus mentioned in these "lyrics".

Someone should post a video on YouTube singing this song on Beatles Rock Band but saying these lyrics....
