cant save....wtf...help

im logged into my profile on xbox live. and my gf makes loads of cash on career mode. and makes her character look awesome. but when shes done even after she plays some more songs. she cant go into the menue and save? why? and non of the stuff she has done is saved automaticly. and i dont see any way to save. and all our stuff is lost if we turn the game off. plz help. gf is pissed...Plz help..lol

Same here I'm not in live mode but we got so far and tried to reload the band today after lastnight and the band is there but all of our profiles are gone. Do you know whats wrong?
