Oh - and there's one name I haven't put on the list yet: Semolina Pilchard. The reason he's not there yet is because I'm not sure of what the lyric is. I know John said it's a reference to Detective Norman Pilcher, but I've always heard the line as 'pilchard,' like the fish. Can anyone confirm what John is actually singing there?
