It works fine on normal notes but the bar feels really stiff. On fast notes i just tap down with my thumb and it misses the notes alot, unless i let the bar go back to the middle it doesn't hit the note... is my bar broken or is the guitar just like that???

I've had the same problem when it comes to fast notes. Not sure if its a new guitar or I"m getting used to the slight changes or what yet either. Gonna give it a few days and see how it goes. Though it it isn't returning to center position fast enough, that does sound like one of the problems with the strum bar....

Well on guitar hero I let my thumb on the strum and just spam down. When I tried this on Rock band I missed lots of notes. Then I decided to move my whole hand instead, like strumming a guitar I guess. And it works wonderful since.

Maybe you're hitting it too hard? You don't want to hit it like's a GH guitar. You might want to ease up if you hit it hard.
