RMA in Canada?

I've recently purchased a copy of Rock Band from the States but won't get it til Christmas. This is my concern: I've heard stories of people in Canada not being yet able to RMA their instruments. When will this be changed? Any information would be very helpful. But, with all these release problems I know EA is probably going through some rough patches. But, I and most likely any other Canadians who bought the game in the US or managed to snag a copy in Canada, are just wondering when exactly we can RMA our instruments. So please EA, tell us when and how, and soon hopefully.

The game has officially been released in Canada now, and you still can't RMA instruments here. Awesome customer support EA!

You can now use the http://support.ea.com/rockband URL and it will allow you to do RMAs in Canada. About time they got off their behinds.

Awesome, it finally works now! Now I just have to wait until my pre-ordered bundle arrives at the store to get the rest of the instruments.
