SD card problem

I have a wii and as everyone knows it doesnt so much memory so a few months back i bought a 2gb sd card which works great , finally rock band 2 appears in the shops with so many dlc i needed to go up to a 4gb card everything else as switched over to the new card (gh dlc) and even the beatles dlc but rock band 2 will not give it the time of day and now im stuck with the thing i didnt want which is changing cards for different game any one got a solution .????

Rock Band 2 for the Wii does not support SDHC cards, and there's nothing really that HMX can do about that, since Nintendo does not allow game developers to release patches for games on the Wii.

The Beatles: Rock Band does support SDHC cards, however. But for RB2, your only option is to use a regular SD card.

Is your 4GB card SDHC? I do have a regular SD 4GB card, but I can't get RB2 to work with it, with padding or not.

Beatles works with the 4GB SD (not SDHC) card though.

You probably won't be able to get a SD (non SDHC) card at your local store. You best bet is:

This card is marginally smaller than 4 gb so it still counts as SD, rather than SDHC.

yep you are right there isnt one store that stocks them in the city .
1 store tried telling me there is no such thing as 4gb sd (without the hc ?)

Technically, they're right...it's actually like 3.8GB. But it is still sold as a "4 GB" SD card. Not HC. :)
