Cant Download RB Update! Quits at 11%

For the PS3, just wondering if anyone else is encountering the problem. All other stuff works for ps3 but cannot get to rockband update

update: it must be magic after posting in this site. 3 hours and finally it went through. Yes I am a newbie and have tried to read a lot here, but im not sure where to get or download the new songs released. Anyone help me?

All the additional add on songs are in the Playstation Store. You'll find them all if you go to the "games" section, then find the "Add-Ons" section, and then go to the Rock Band Add-Ons from there.
