DLC question

I've had rock band and RB2 since they came out. so i've been downloading songs for a while now. about a year or so ago i got the red rings and had to send in my xbox to be replaced. Now all the songs i've downloaded before the replacement won't work if i'm not connected to XBL but everything i've downloaded since do. Is there any way i can make it so all my DLC works, even if i'm not signed onto XBL??

You need to migrate the licenses to your new Xbox. Here ya go:

I guess you 360 guys are more used to errors than us Wii guys.....
