Hi all,
My guitar's strum bar broke a couple of weeks after I bought the game. I went through the support site and requested normal delivery. They sent me a box for my guitar, and I packaged it and sent it back. A couple weeks later, I got an empty box for my guitar, but I already sent it in! I went to the 'My Questions' page and asked for help, and they said they'd help me. They sent me another empty box. I feel like I'm really getting the runaround. My bass pedal snapped in half as well, and they haven't sent me a box for it after two weeks. Can anyone help me get my guitar back? I feel like EA stole it from me, it's been almost a month. We were getting by using my friend's guitar but it broke now too. We can't play anymore with our full 4 person band! It's really depressing. :(
