I play and thoroughly enjoy everything. I've gotta say, drums are probably the most fun, though. If only because it's an all-new experience, and I've had to really start from the beginning and practice to get good, just like I did when I first picked up Guitar Hero.

I like to sing until my throat hurts then I will play whatever is needed. I can play Drums and Bass/Guitar on expert, but I can only play medium vocals. I love the challenge.

Interesting thread.. I had to actually think about which one I was my "favorite to play".

Honestly... it's situational. In my BWT I play guitar because my wife sings, and I enjoy hearing her sing more than I enjoy singing.

Online I almost exclusively play bass... I like the bass line and it's usually the "keep the party going" instrument, so if I'm playing with people who are on Medium Or Hard, I play expert bass and say "Hey, if you wanna try a harder level, I'll save my overdrive and save ya"

I'll sing or play drums if noone else wants to, I enjoy both.. but since I'm a drummer in real life playing the drums isn't much of a "wow" experience for me. Singing is fun, but as I JUST finished the solo tour on medium... I don't bring a whole lot to the table score-wise..

Sorry for bringing back an old thread, but I think it's better to bring this back, than to start a new one when one already existed.

Anyways, to answer the question at hand... At first, when I got Rock Band, I was really into the guitar aspect of the game. But as of late, I really started getting into the drumming aspect of the game. And I gotta say, I'm getting pretty darn good at it too! The only thing I haven't really tried fully yet is singing. I tried a few songs, but I realized that singing is actually pretty damn tough! And it's way tougher than in those Karaoke Revolution games.

It's damn fun, me and my mates don't switch up parts usually.

I cant choose only one, so I will say singing and playing the bass at the same time.

It more than doubles the fun of just one thing by itself.
