Tried entering the code in both lowercase and uppercase on the page listed on the card and was told code was not found/valid.

Any suggestions?

Wait a little while and then try it again. Others have reported the same problem, but then it worked a little while later.

Same thing for me. I called EA support (as the are listed on the contact us page for support). They said they have no idea why Harmonix is sending folks their way. Logged a support ticket with EA, and they said I should get an email from them or Harmonix in a few days. Not great.

Yeah was experiencing the same problem.. I thought I was just doing something wrong...

For now I don't mind it since i'm still playing with the disc intself.. but after i'm done with WT it would be nice to export.

Just keep trying, wait a few minutes and try again. I had the same problem. Tried upper and lower case too. I got worried. Cause I prefer playing most things in Rock Band 2 whenever possible. But it must be some sort of server issue or glitch because after 4 unsuccessful tries. It finally worked. I was able to redeem my export code. Luckily I was able to actually export the tracks on my first shot from the LRB music store, another thing people have had issues with. Once that was done, it works like a charm. Rock Band 2 recognizes it as DLC, not Lego Rock Band. But thats fine. May I add, Jimi Hendrix "Fire" studio version (thank you hmx) is awesome.

I kept getting the same error message so I decided to try using IE instead of Firefox and it actually worked.

I'm not sure why, but it seems to be a Firefox issue (at least it was for me).

It might be worth a try for anyone using Firefox.

Delete your Rock Band 1 Export key, delete your lego RB export key, clear your hard drive cache, re download both keys, then try it out. I was getting that error and I think it was from the fact that I have a new xbox since I had exported RB1. Sounds ludicrous but I think it's the case for many people.

I've tried my code several times, I even waited a day and tried again. Nothing. I just went and exchanged for another game. Same problem. I've tried on firefox, IE, and even my phone. Nothing works.

I even sent an email to the rock band support, only to have a message sent back to me, saying the email failed to be delivered. Which makes me wonder if their support email address is even valid. And they also seem to have abandoned this forum, if they ever even paid any attention to it.

I guess not everyone will be able to export their LRB songs.

What EA/HMX want all the European and Australian LRB customers to do, is scan their receipt and export slip and email it to support. Apparently, rather than reset the server, the solution is to crush helpdesk with tens of thousands of emails.

To what address?

Huge surprise that non-US customers get treated like crap AGAIN.
