I have an export key...but I can't download the pack.

Just spent 30 minutes on the phone with XBL customer service, and no help was found. They tried vigilantly but I can't get it to work. I entered my code from my case at Harmonix's site and I got the code for my email. I entered the code on xbox.com's account management page via my PC. I was able to DL the LEGO Rock Band Export Key, but when I go to the Music Store and try to download the Export file, I get:

"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later. Status Code: 800700e8"

I cleared my cache, deleted the file, redownloaded it, and I still can't get the export pack to download! Frustrating.

Also, you can access the export option from inside
Lego: Rock Band in the music store. There's an export option right there and it costs the same, 800 pts.

I'm having the same problems with Exporting. Anyone know how to fix it. I really want to play it in RB2

Maybe it has something to do with the number of codes being registered at once...? Maybe?

You can't do it on the website. You have to be in Lego Rock Band to export the songs so it can verify if you have the export key.

Tried again today. Deleted the old key off the hard drive and attempted to redownload it to my box through the in game marketplace. Same error, again. Is anyone else getting this problem?
