Lego Rock Band - Build a setlist problem

I seem to have some songs grayed out when trying to play them in my build-a-setlists. In particular all of my Queen and Spinal Tap DLC, of those that show up, are grayed out and not selectable. I'm not sure if any others are acting this way, but the entirety of those bands (outside of the in-game Queen) are grayed out.

I can't speak on why certain songs, but those songs may not meet the E10+ ESRB Requirement for Lego Rock Band. It filters songs based on content, and only certain Rock Band DLC songs make the cut. It isn't a huge chunk of the library, but apperantly it takes all of those songs out.

Well, I have all the DLC (roughly 800 now). Only 354 are listed inside Lego, and of those 354, Queen, Spinal Tap, and David Bowie (plus the cover) are listed but grayed out. They're showing up inside the game, not filtered out of it, but inside the game they can't be chosen.

You can't choose those songs until you unlock the playable band or character for those songs. That's why they are grayed out.

Ok, I think I found what it is. Hooray for broken programming. :) Each of the artists that are having problems are only having problems in Tour mode, they all show up properly in Free Play. All 3 also have a song I still haven't unlocked, and with that song not being unlocked yet, it's screwing up all the DLC from those artists as well. Go go troubleshooting. Back to playing I go.

Edit: Ninja'd. The weird thing is I can still select We Will Rock You.

Not to mention you cant pick a Queen song and a Rush song... aka Queen has to play as Queen and the bands dont switch for Rush.

The latest patch (for the PS3, at least) fixes this problem.
