Let's See.... You've got a pretty good mix on there. Your choices show a good understanding of bands (Maybe not excellent, but good nonetheless) and their stuff beyond the greatest hits collections. There are a couple of problems I see with the list, from my point of view.

The first is the inclusion of multiple artists in the initial list. I think it's almost a guarentee that we'll see only one offering from each band in the initial list. Of course DLC will change that, so keeping it in mind it's only a minor problem.

The second issue I have with the list is once again the inclusion of "Stairway To Heaven". First of all, it's not a very exciting song to play period, even worse for drums and bass. Third there would be a long section of inactivity and fourth, it's not the be all and end all of Led Zeppelin. They have so many better songs that would be appropriate. I would suggest Achilles Last Stand as a replacement, but that's just my view.

Anyways, a good list with a good balance between old and new. However, I am disappointed by the complete lack of Judas Priest on there ;)

i totally agree with ur opion i was at a lack of ideas so i put in some doubles to fill. and i am tottaly with you on stairway it is a **** over rated song with a bad solo but everyone loves it so i put it in but way lower then most ppl want it and gud idea with the priest im thinkin somethin of painkiller any suggestions?

i like most of the songs that you chose, but remember they are dividing them into decade categories...60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and 2000's...and there are only going to be 40 licensed songs...

i know but there isn't nearly as many 60's song that r gud and there will tonnes of 2000's stuff for bonus songs so and so i focoused on the 70s , 80s , 90s

theres so many things wrong with this... i don't have the time to dissect it though. one thing i will say before i actually do, there is no single player bass mode.

Screaming For Vengeance (from Screaming For Vengeance)
Devil's Child (from Screaming For Vengeance)
Bloodstone (From Screaming For Vengeance)
Night Comes Down (From Defenders Of The Faith)
Some Heads Are Gonna Roll (from Defenders Of The Faith)
Johnny B. Goode (from Ram It Down)
Private Property (from Turbo)

All of these songs would be great to play and are great listens (if you haven't already heard them, run out and find them!)
