I doubt it. Maybe eventually, but it's hardly a certainty.

The big difference is that HMX likely never got the license to WTTJ, which is why they asked the videos to be pulled (they didn't have rights to use it as promotional material), unlike Rockaway Beach which did have rights acquired.

But Slash doesn't own the rights to G n' R music. Axl does.

While I would love a GNR pack, or even just WTTJ, I don't think this will be happening, at least not soon. The difference here is that Rockaway Beach was actually made for the game at some point, WTTJ was made for a very old version of the game, it was never meant to be in the retail version like Rockaway Beach.
