Just got Rock Band for PS3 yesterday...and immediately my kick pedal didn't work. I played around with the plug that goes into the drum, and figured out that the pedal works when the head is plugged in upside down. Has anyone else had this problem or know if I should call support? I don't know if it's the drum or the pedal that is the problem, and none of my friends have RB.
Also, the on the red drum pad, the plastic thing seems to not have been screwed in, so when I hit it, it rattles. Kind of annoying, but not really a big problem...
