Welcome to the Rockband Forums.
Since I have not dealt with any corrupt data on my PS3 I am afraid I cant be of much help other than to suggest deleting your DLC and re-downloading it.
If you game save is corrupt then I dont know what to tell you.
Perhaps someone who has dealt with a similar issue will chime in.

OP, did you set up a new PSN account in the process of resetting your PS3 settings or is it the same PSN id as before?
If it's the same ID, try deactivating then activating your account, it's helped some out with this issue.

Beatles rock band not connecting to online servers - this was working fine up until recently - I haven't downloaded Abbey Road or changed any settings. All other sites work fine via PS3 - just Beatles Rock Band having problems. Harmonix, please suggest fix asap!!

Did you try deactivating, then activating your account?
Other than that, I've got nothing else for you, sorry.

You can try this method, but you do so at your own risk!
There is 2 saves IIRC. The Game-Data and the actual Saved Game. Go into the Game-Data folder and delete the one that says "Rock Band 2". Do not delete the game save! Now re-insert the game and let it "install". Once installed you will be able to re-download the DLC you purchased from in-game or via PSN Store. Then see if you get the same error. It maybe the game-data and not the save-game-data that has somehow been corrupted.

Same here. I haven't tried any of the suggested workarounds yet.
Maybe it's another collateral damage from PS3's 3.0 update? (my PS3 system had a sudden reset & system restore three days ago, but I've only had this error when playing with one of my three bands)
I'd like to find out if it's an OS error, a BD read error, some corrupt data or a RB game error...
Any additional help or guidance not implying radical solutions are welcome.
