Gamerpic unlockables for PS3?

Sorry, I just recently started playing and did a search for my questions but saw nothing relevant to it.

I've seen some people talk about getting gamerpics of the bandmates when they did certain achievements.

Can you do those same trophies on PS3 and get the pics to use as your PSN avatar? I did the trophy that would be for Ringo's, but I checked in the avatar section and saw nothing. Did Rock Band screw PS3 gamers again ("All You Need is Love" XBL Exclusive)?

Yes the game is ruined for you because you are missing the smallest feature most removed from the core gameplay.

Not ruined at all. Would've love to have been able to have put an awesome drummer as my avatar though...Scapegoat.
