Who else is requesting songs like crazy?

I don't do it like crazy, but I do wish we had some indication on how the requests are processed.

Like, say one person suggests one song HMX has never heard of before. Then HMX looks at the song, finds out it's probably the best song for RB like eva', puts it up for DLC and waits for reactions.

Or, do they just look at the total votes, read that Wonderboy keeps getting 500 requests a week and they put it up because it's popular, not because it would be best for RB (note: I want Wonderboy!)?

Have they mentioned how they evaluate song requests yet?

No, they haven't and I doubt they well besides a "we look at all requests and pick the most suitable, most popular choices."

which makes an obvious amount of sense.

I'm sure they wouldn't make songs based purely on popularity. It's probably a combination of stuff that works for rock band and popularity. This is just a guess but I would say that what they do is see which bands are getting the most song requests, see if any of the most popular requests for that band fit rock band and if none do then they probably find one from that band that does and then pursue it.

Oh, and as for Wonderboy, that is a great idea for a song and I'm going to request it right now.
