I have yet to receive my replacement guitar from EA, I send it in the mail the 29 of Nov , it was then deliver to them on the 12th of Dec and It's been 10days and I still have yet to receive my freaking guitar! I even asked them but they have yet to respond back.. :mad: The worse thing I haven't been able to play guitar or bass on RockBand.

be patient call them get the tracking number go to ups.com and find out where ur guitar is.. :)

I dont have a tracking number for the guitar , the only ones I have is the Tracking number of the box for the guitar and the one from UPS to their company or w/e..

Have you called EA? They're the only ones who will know the status of your RMA.
