I have emailed EA from the link provided but it only puts you through to their US help, here's a transcript of our conversation:
Hi there, me and my family bought three Beatles Rock Band Limited Edition sets after preordering from HMV and were told we would get 3 free songs each, we have all put in the codes on the https://www.tbrb-freedlc.com/hmv/ website and all three of us have had a reply and had our email addresses confirmed. However we have not yet received our free song codes, the website says if not received by today to contact yourselves.
For your information, the three email addresses we have used are: ***, *** and ***. We do realise that only the three free Abbey Road songs are available at the moment but we have a few friends that have already received theirs as well as their Sgt Pepper codes (which they obviously cannot use until that is released). It's worth noting that we have checked our spam folders etc and there is no email with the codes.
If you could let us know if we are doing something wrong or if there is something we need to do to get our nine codes please let us know, we'd really appreciate it!

Thank you so much for your swift reply. However, I think that I may have been sent US codes whereas we are from the UK! We tried redeeming them from 'redeem codes' on the Playstation 3 itself with no luck and also on http://www.tbrb-freedlc.com/hmv where it says 'The redemption code you entered was invalid or has already been entered'. There is nowhere else to use these codes unless I am missing something very obvious? I assume the problem is due to the codes being from a different region. I am sorry if I have caused any hassle, I should have made it clear we are from the UK although the link to contact this address did come from the UK HMV site mentioned above. What would we need to do to rectify this error?
Further to the above, I tried the code on the US site http://www.tbrb-freedlc.com/gamestop and they did work, I didn't claim them so the codes are unused still because American content wouldn't work on my british machine. It's worth mentioning however that I have done that part over on the UK site, the issue is that I have not yet recieved the codes for the songs requested.

Hi there,
Once again thank you very much for these, however I think either I am missing something or there is a miscommunication- you see I have used the original three codes received from HMV on the http://www.tbrb-freedlc.com/hmv/ site at the start of October and received a confirmation of this by email for every one. I think these are maybe the same type I have already submitted.
What is then supposed to happen is that we receive 'free DLC' codes that we use on the Playstation 3, which were meant to be emailed to us by the 31st. These are what we were waiting for, and I have attached an image from the site that explains this better then I could.
These are what we have not received, now forgive me if I have made a mistake and this is what you have sent me is correct in which case what do I need to do to redeem them? I have tried on the 'redeem code' section on the Playstation Store and had no luck as that code is 12 digits long and these are only 9, I also tried them on the previously mentioned HMV (where I have already registered) there but it said they had already been used.
So my question is how do I use these codes to get the free song? I apologise if I sound ungreatful- I am far from it and think you are all being very helpful, just maybe I have not explained myself properly.

We are actually not able to check on the verification process of codes for the UK. How long ago did you register the codes, and if possible, do you still have the codes used for us to check into? The codes we sent you were to register your e-mails with those codes to redeem more songs, they are not to redeem the songs directly. There was a code for each e-mail address. I apologize for the miscommunication here, I thought you were requesting new codes for invalid ones. I will forward this information on to my supervisors so they to can look into the situation, like I said we are unable to verify the UK code e-mails at this moment, but seeing how there are people out there not receiving it we will try our best to find a working solution for you and them.

That's absolutely fine, I should have explained it more clearly! The original codes redeemed were: *******. As you can see it took a while for the kids to find their codes! I have not redeemed any that you sent to me so they are all still usable. Thanks for your time looking into this for us, we are absolutely desperate to play the Abbey Road songs!

I'm very sorry for all the inconvenience with your promotion Christopher. I have investigated this a bit and it would seem that you are not entirely alone with your issue. I have looked on the Rock Band forums which can be found at www.rockband.com and it would seem that other PS3 UK customers have not yet received their vouchers for the promotion as well. This seems to possibly be attributed to Sony Europe not updating their network with the infrastructure for the promotion yet. Basically the network is not ready for the codes yet so none have been provided. This seems to be causing a bit of an uproar in the community since they were not provided when they were supposed to be. The only solution to this situation may be to remain patient until the vouchers become available. The vouchers will be supplied in the order the registrations were received.
If you do run into problems and need assistance I would highly suggest that you contact our UK support team. They may have tools on their end better suited for your issue. Their contact information is as follows;

Now I was happy with their service, they were great but this was over a week ago now and still nobody has heard a thing. Are HMX aware no European PS3 users have their free codes?
