Is Dave Grohl the Mini Figg that one sees after completing a song when it is loading the setlist?
The facial hair and pose seem to resemble him pretty well.

Or, full sun, as it may appear. Actually, it appears most to be an image of Jimi Hendrix, with the exception of the skin tone, of course. Left handed, and I believe Jimi had that facial hair at some point in his life.

Dunno if it's the same one, but the mustache/mutton choppy dude with the cowboy/sombrero hat looked like Lemmy, to me.

I don't think so. I haven't finished yet, pretty close, but still haven't got it.
