DLC Question

I was wondering if I buy dlc in lego rock band will it work in rock band 2?

Lego:RB reads the same DLC files that RB1 and 2 read, so yes, any DLC you buy through Lego:RB's store will be playable in RB2.

However, it might be better to just do it through RB2 anyway (unless you're trying to make sure it's playable in Lego:RB), as RB2's store will tell you if a song you want is part of a pack as well, which can be a better option sometimes. I don't think Lego:RB's store shows any packs yet.
