gold star glitch?

ok, so i booted up lego. played a song in my tour on short. then i couldent gold anything.
it was wierd. my scores were over gold but the stars didnt go gold...
i just reset the game and it worked fine, but i was wondering if this has happend to anyone else??

also, i was playing ballroom blitz (expert drums) i skiped the first fill then used my star power. and all the red notes dident make a sound when i was in star power....
i love this game, its funny and the setlist is good, but some wierd things are going on...

If I got this right:

You played the short version of a long song...you can 5 star but I doubt it gold stars since that'd be too easy.

well.. i just wanted to try a shot version. did a song forget witch one.
then i went to play like doll or something REALLY easy and no gold. on the normal version of the song. played a few i can gold really easy and nothing at all, 5 stars... it was wierd
also, before a star power fill comes up, like maybe 5 or 7 sec. sometimes i see one flash on my screen....

Nothing to do with gold stars, but if anybody else has played "Sundial" by Wolfmother in LEGO, have you noticed that the bassist doesn't play the bass intro? The bassist acts like the guitarist, going for a big strum when the guitar part hits.

I just can't stop laughing every time that I see it.

I also find it interesting that it's possible to gold star almost, if not every song used in a Rock Power Challenge during the Rock Power Challenge, despite the lack of Overdrive. On guitar, at least, I've gotten "Breakout" and "Monster". I also got "Ghostbusters" on drums.

I've had gold stars glitch out once too, lasted for a whole session. I beat scores that were previously gold stars (among some FCs with solos boosting me probably a good 50k above the gold cutoff), and it just capped me at 5 stars every time. My guitar has been logging in as controller 1 the other times, but when the gold stars stopped occurring, mine had switched to controller 3 on that load up. Not sure if it's related, as I didn't test it out with changing what it was assigned to, but restarting or getting it back to #1 fixed it.

i was #1 for when it happened. i think it might have something with selecting short versions of songs...maybe lol, thats all i can think of. but atleast we know a reset will fix it.

You know, come to think of it, I think that was the time I tried out a short version. I only did one, though, and then switched back to full length. Looks like that might be the trigger, and a reset is needed to fix it.
