Hey,

I did a few guitar covers over the past two days, and I thought I would share it with you guys.
Enjoy!

Over the hills and far away intro:

The Unforgiven interlude:

Nothing Else Matters solo:

I've been playing electric guitar since summer so all criticism is highly appreciated!

Clean up the transitions in Over the Hills a little, and mind your bends on Nothing Else Matters. Altogether pretty good given the amount of time you've been playing. Keep at it. :)

For Over the Hills, it sounds like you're accidentally muting some notes when you play them. Otherwise, really good for only a couple of months of playing.

Not bad, all of them are above average for your experience level.

And by the way, have you been checking out some my covers lately? I probably won't be doing much for awhile since my camera is screwed up. But, I plan on doing A LOT of Metallica covers in the future.

Cool, love all three songs, and your renditions aren't half bad. Keep up the good work.

As someone who really wants to pick up guitar one of these days, these videos are a bit of inspiration to me. Watching the masters pick away only intimidates me because I feel like there's no way I can get to that level. But to see someone else play as brilliantly as you did these covers after a few months, it gives me hope that I can at least sound darn good in the same timeframe.

So kudos for sharing.

Thanks for all feedback above, the Over the hills cover was a problem for me mostly because of nervousness, the camera screws me up, but It was kinda out of my league as well, but heck, you gotta challenge yourself, right?

Yeah, I've seen them all! Great work! I'm looking forward to those metallica covers, man. Sadly though, most of your covers are of bands I don't listen to. :(

It's great to know I've inspired someone, that's one of the reasons I'm making these covers, aside from fun, feedback ect...

You should definitively pick up a guitar and start playing, I know I've never regretted it, from the start when I sucked to the moment I... less sucked. :)

Thanks!

Awesome!
You're doin wayy better than I was at just a few months. Hell, I was still playing Smoke on the Water like it was the hardest song in the world.

You should cover Hope by Rush, great song, easy to play.
