If my RMA is complete does that mean my guitar is on its way back?

If on the EA warranty site, it says RMA Complete does that mean they have shipped my new guitar out?

In most cases, yes, that should mean that your guitar has been shipped. Mine also stated that it was completed and I received the guitar about 2 days later. I would just give it a few days and if you don't get it just call EA customer support for a shipping status. BTW, they didn't send me a tracking number when it was shipped back to me. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help Ace! This whole situation has been somewhat frustrating. I wish EA would provide a little more info on the process of the RMA.
