Broken guitar, drum pad and usb adapter

Hey guys, can someone please give me info on how to get my broken instruments replaced. Here is a list of the broken items

-The guitar does not strum properly

-Yellow Drum pad cracked in center

-USB adapter first 2 ports broken. Second port came with broken plastic piece.

Is there a number i call or an email address.



We bought the bundle like the second day after release of the game.

I also bought my bundle the day it was released and I have already had the guitar replaced because the whammy bar broke and the strum bar stopped working properly. Yesterday, I started a new RMA to have the drum pads replaced. The yellow pad wasn't registering all of the notes and I found out that the pad had a nice sized crack in it. So don't feel lonely when it comes to having faulty instruments. As far as the contact info, there should have been a pink piece of paper that came with the bundle that explains what website to go to in order to have replacements sent to you.
