I ordered a new drum kit about a week ago and i did the express method. I got my UPS tracking number and have been checking it every day to see when it would ship. It has said Billing information received every time until just now when it said status: Not available. Does anyone know what this means?

Not all tracking information is available at this time. Please try again later.

I also ordered replacement drum pads yesterday. I also got that message from ups.com when I checked the shipping status. They are probably doing maintenance on the site right now. Just check back later and it should work. BTW, where do you live at? I live in Illinois and my status says parts shipped, which I know they haven't yet since UPS doesn't work on weekends. Parts shipped means that the replacement has been boxed up and is ready for UPS pick-up. I only know this because I have had my guitar replaced already. Hope this helps!

Thanks, I just checked and it went back to Billing info received. My status also says parts shipped but they haven't yet either. I went through this before with my broken bass pedal and im going to have to do it again when my second one breaks....theres already a crack in it =[

If you haven't done so already, you may want to look into this http://cgi.ebay.com/Rock-Band-Bass-Pedal-Reinforcing-Plate-Pedal-Metal_W0QQitemZ280186130661QQihZ018QQcategoryZ1225 17QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem. I am going to get me one of these just to give me some insurance and piece of mind. If you are worried that it will void the warranty, just use double sided tape instead of the screws that come with it, but from the feedback that I have heard, you will not have to worry about breaking the bass pedal ever again. It is also very affordable.

When I ordered my super sexy empty box (not express) it said "billing information received" for about 4 or so days. They're processing it. After UPS finally picks it up it'll be there in 2 days. Then it's back to EA. I started my RMA on 12/3, haven't got my guitar yet, but it's just waiting on ea to send me my new one. I went out and bought 2 GH2 controllers in the meantime. They're ugly, but darn if they don't actually WORK.

I digress. Just be patient, it's going to take a while. like 2-4 weeks probably. Just play through all the other instrument careers. That's what I'm doing.

I have seen the metal pedal reinforcements, however i dont think i should have to pay a cent to reinforce something that i already bought and should hold up to normal use right out of the box.

I submitted my RMA via the website and when I completed the process it gave me a tracking number and RMA number. EA also sent me an email with the tracking number. If you submitted your RMA over the phone, the customer service rep should have given you a tracking number. If not, then call them back and get it.

I am from Illinois. If I were you, I would still call the support number or send them an email letting them know that you need a tracking number.
