cant select songs from list

Hi i was going threw my songs on quickplay with lego rockband and i noticed that some of the songs i have downloaded are not playable ( i know about the filter) these ones are on the list i just cant select them and when i go to the music store it wants me to pay for it again just a 2 ex. are something in the way and jukebox hero i thought if i had them i wouldnt have to buy them a second time is anyone else have or had this proplem

If you purchased them in RB2, they should be playable in LEGO. If nothing else, try going to your download history, and re-downloading the tracks in question, or check a customer support thread.
