Well after three different numbers I got in contact with someone in charge and they told me I Had to send a scan or photo of the game WITH A RECIEPT to an email they sent me. Unfortunately for me I got this game two weeks ago and god knows where that reciept is. Im gonna do what they say but I do not have my reciept so im wondering if they will give me any C*ap about it. Well heres the number call them and raise hell about this ps3 owners. 410-568-3680:mad:

In charge where? Harmonix? Why don't you go to the store you bought it from and request a reprint of your receipt?

Go buy another copy, don't open it, use that receipt with your already opened game, and then return the unused new game. Nobody loses.

Its not that they want the receipt from the game you bought I called gamestop and they told me its impossible to get a receipt from 2 weeks ago. I got in contact with lego rock band support. I just sent my email w/o the receipt lets see what happens

Yeah with receipts, best bet as mentioned. Just fold 'em up and keep them in the game case. That's what I do.

EBGames Canada tracked my transaction nearly a year back when my BluRay died. They emailed me the receipt and everything, no charges. You may want to try again.

I never pay cash for anything though, which made the process much easier.

His problem is he bought some weird game called "Leog Rock Band". Must be some Hong Kong knock-off version....

The PS3 users probably won't be giving much hell, since a lot of people keep receipts and a lot of people actually have working codes. Shocking I know.

Stop multi-posting to bump your thread. There's already plenty of threads dealing with this issue...more than one of which contain solutions and proof that things are starting to work as normal.
