Before last night, I had been on a rather long hiatus from RB2. When I played, there no longer was a message about "This band is a duplicate and will not work on XBOX Live" (or whatever it used to say). I checked my scores this morning and some new DLC that I played was visible under the solo instrument, but not under the band.
What's the state of affairs? Will my score appear eventually? Have things been updated so that same gamertag, same band works? (even if the delete isn't allowed, self takeover/career extension is) Or has the message just been removed with no impact to the leaderboards?

I bought an XBOX Pro only to return it and upgrade to an XBOX Elite with the Fable/Halo bundle from Best Buy in May 2009. This had deleterious effects on my preferred choice of band names. I've since been hoping that a patch to allow extension of careers under same gamertag, different console would happen, even if website band deletion is never implemented. It appears that it might be the case now, so I thought I'd ask where the warning message went and what it means that it no longer appears.
Song was Weight of the World, Sservis playing solo guitar in Draconis Occisoris scoring a paltry 34,741.
