Old Issue, No Solution?: Wii DLC won't appear

I am having an issue that seems common and unresolved. Internet went down during song purchase, now that song does not appear in RB2 even after repeated downloads.

The problem has been happening for a year now, see:

So, has anyone had any luck resolving this issue? Did you go to Nintendo, send your Wii in, or get an account credit? Has anyone had luck clearing their SD cards?

I can't believe such a simple issue has flown under the radar so long... Thanks to anyone who can help!

I am having the same problem, I desperately hope it could be fixed. I would be willing to delete my saves if someone thought it would work. I hope the programmers or moderators see this thread. Thanks in advanced!
