Bass pedal problem

Now the pedal didnt snap like most of them are. What happens is when I push down on it to play the note, the drum set doesnt recognise that Ive done it, thus making me miss the note

I want to send a part in so I can fix the problem, I just dont know which peice to send in. Any feedback would be great.

same problem im having....had to be the day before christmas.........i think the cable inside the wire broke.....im not sure though. And no way of getting in contact with warranty site at the moment......
