If u design a character lets say Bob for drums in band "A" can i use the same character for band "B" to play drums?? I dont have rock band yet and it would be usefull if i could find this out. Thanks in advance!

that is correct. Once you create a character on a particular instrument, you will be able to select that character for any band or game you play for that same instrument

you will have to make a separate character for each instrument you play, however (with the exception that you can use the same character for bass and lead guitar).
