Problem exporting

i have updated both RB1 and RB2. and i have bought and downloaded the export key. the same screen appears when i try to export the songs from RB1 it says that i need the export key and other stuff. im connected online. my system is PS3. i tried restarting and loading RB2 but i dont have any songs from RB1. do i have to finish RB1 to export it?

After you download the Export Key, you need to make sure it got installed before it can be used. Check the XMB and see if it's hanging around in the Game category still waiting to be installed. Hope that helps!

What country's PlayStation Store did you buy the key from, and what region is your Rock Band 1 disc from?

If you bought the key from a region that does not match your Rock Band 1 disc, it will not work.

you will need a US RB1 copy and you need to buy the key from the US PSN store
