Official "Best Beatles Song": Please Please Me Pt.1

Jolly good chaps! This is an intensive poll study to see which, out of all their songs, is the Beatles' absolute best. In the humble opinions of us Beatles Rock Band forum regulars.

Perhaps much of the voting will be pointless. You may say, "Fool! I don't know what the best Beatles song is, but I can sure tell you it won't be found on 'Please Please Me'!". But, Damn! If we're going to do this, we're going to do it the English way! Properly!

I'm going to start with the polling at the very beginning. If anybody has some tips on how I can make voting more fair, please tell me. Also, I'm not too sure on the fairest way to categorize Beatles Singles, not appearing on any albums. So let me know if you think of an Idea for that.

Begin. Voting for the first part of the album will run for 3 days. When we've decided on a best song for both halves of the album we will vote on a winner.

Yeah I know it'll probably just come down to A Day in the Life, While My Guitar Gently Weeps and all the other usual favorites. But, as I said, I want to be thorough!

Not to be a party pooper, but didn't we just have a 25 part series of polls figuring out something very similar just last month? Granted, that poll was just for songs featured in TB:RB, but I'm not thrilled at the idea of there being another 30+ polls (at this rate) debating something that's not directly related to the video game this forum is set up for.

If you absolutely, positively have your heart set on seeing this through to completion I'd strongly suggest adding the maximum number of options to each poll to keep the poll to a minimum. Maybe include options for the nine most obvious songs on an album and leave the tenth option free for "other" and then manually count all the write ins if it comes to that. If we could keep this to under ten polls that'd be ideal. Sorry if that sounds grumpy, but constant poll updates eat up a lot of forum real estate, and there's very rarely much more discussion beyond the initial vote and we want to keep the forums clean and readable for everyone.
