Dylan is a critic's darling. He could make a polka album with collaboration duets from Jay-Z and that owl who likes to sing-a about the moon-a and the June-a and the spring-a, and critics would adore him for it.

None of the other songs on the album sound like that, most sound exactly like generic Christmas music, but with Bob Dylan singing

As a result, it's the most hilarious album of 2009. You haven't heard "Here Comes Santa Claus", "Do You Hear What I Hear?", and "Winter Wonderland" until you've heard Bob Dylan rasping over them with his scratchy, pained, godawful croak voice. I heartily recommend downloading it and playing it at your Christmas dinner
