a track pack would be excellent, though i'd probably most appreciate a full exportable reggae game that ignores stuff like sublime, matisyahu, and similar artists who would likely be all over a game like that.

If either company did a Bob Marley game I'd buy it in a second. And that rarely comes from me.

I've always said I'd support any spinoffs that took the four instruments into a different genre and Marley would be awesome. In fact I could see NSoft doing this with GH and if they use the GH5 engine and all I'd be completely satisfied just so long as 80%+ of the game is actually Marley's songs and not a bunch of random crap.

And people are getting pissed that their precious "cool" music like Dylan and Marley are being heard by the masses, turning their once "cool" music into music just for the common fool? God forbid thats what the original artists wanted to do

I know a few who are into Marley, but Dylan is anything but the "in" thing at my school.
Yeah we're in a rural area so folk kinda comes with the territory but recently some really sweet Dylan swag has gotten a lot of the kids into Dylan. It's actually pretty sweet just because now when I'm in the car and they're playing the "in" music I can actually dig it. I'm just not too into it personally anymore. My synthpop, La Roux/New Young Pony Club, phase however is in full swing.

Bob Marley has been big in my community for the last 2 years and Dylan for the last 1. The reason I said I was glad my Dylan phase is over is because I got to enjoy the music without it getting overplayed. I don't mind that it's being enjoyed by the masses. In fact it's a nice change of pace from the typical 30 Seconds to Mars and The Killers phases everyone went through. Just sayin' I'm glad I got to enjoy it by myself.

Yeah my senior year I came back from summer vacation and all these kids were wearing Dylan swag. I was so surprised. I think it's because the seniors before us went on to do folk and I guess the kids who were keeping up with them got interested and it kind of spread around.
