Ok, when I got my Xbox 360 red ringed I shipped it in and they just me a new one. When I loaded up RB2 all my DLC was there but all my saved data was gone. It sucks because of everything I did is now gone(thank god I got all the achievements already). But my question is why did this happen? Also, I tried creating my band again and it says it is already taken, how do I get my band name back?

You cannot get your band name back. You'll need to create a new band with a new name.

I'm sure HMX can do something about it. Considering I still have all my past characters I have created and deleted, same with bands, on my profile on this website. I am sure they could recover something like that for me. I mean I do not mind having to buy everything again, but me and my friends would like our original band name back at least. If the band is still connected to my profile here it just proof enough. Even though I do not have the saved data for it anymore and still appears here just proves they could fix something like that easily is all I am trying to say.

No, sorry but they cannot. The only thing on the website are the band and character names, and what they look like. Things like song scores, career scores, tour progress, etc, are only stored on your local save game file.

You will have to create a new band with a new name.
