Cannot export

Will not take my code. I've tried upper-case, lower-case, replacing zeros with O's (honestly, 0/O's should not be allowed in codes)

So what's been the fix around here? Keep trying while praying to the code Gods, or call a support number?

turn off any pop up blockers.

If you are on Interne explorer 8, turn on "compatibility mode" (green button by the refresh button up by your address bar)
