I know, there are few days, till its November 29th. But just thinking about that day, makes me sad, and its unbeliveable that its 8 years ago, he died.

I can't say i have'nt cried for him, and i think that we should all honor George in this thread.

He was a wonderfull person, and a fantastic musician.

George, Olivia, Dhani and he's family and friends are in my prayers, and im thinking of George everyday. He did'nt deserve to die in such young age.

Let me start out, with linking to "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" live from Bangladesh in 1971; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7qpfGVUd8c

I love the man. His music was always good, especially when he began writing more emotional pieces, such as WMGGW and I Me Mine. I've got to admit that I haven't listened to much of his solo career. However, I can say that his song "What Is Life" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2oFESUMWhU) is amazing.

Sonicnerd23, i can reconmend most of he's albums and he's book. They are great. He made some very good songs, in he's solo career, and did some good things.

I got one more video, and you can only love George.

Somewhere in heaven, George is having the time of his life next to John playing The Beatles: Rock Band, and he has the all time score on WMGGW...but that's just me.

R.I.P George, may your awesomeness shine on.

When he died I didn't even knew The Beatles...

Thank you, George for all your music.

Same happened to me.

One of the best century songwritters. He was the comming sun that gave us "Something", and taught us that "All Things Must Pass".

A wise man, a incredible musician, and a beautiful person.

His songs have always been my favorite. He was a pretty awesome guy. Rest In Peace.

Fun fact: He died at my step-sister's uncles house.

George, if you can somehow read this, I think you were the greatest musician ever to grace this planet. You will always be my favourite Beatle and your solo career was incredible to say the least. We love you George, and will always miss you.
Thank you.

Not sure why the "Concert For George" special isn't airing today on VH1 Classic. True, they're playing "A Hard Day's Night," but they could air that special as well.

George is the biggest inspiration to my musical and spiritual life, and his songwriting will always be some of the most honest art created. RIP George.
