Ever wonder if your repaired from warranty guitar has masking tape in it to fix the strum problem? Or your drum pedal comes back as wood reinforced? maybe your drum pads have been reinforced with rubber discs and glue? All of these seem to be very good fixes. Since EA/HARMONICS has dropped the ball on repairs this is what their customers have resorted to. Dont they have any pride or is it all about money? Seems if you leave a deposit, you get the box that the no deposit people have been waiting on. Its a flip of the coin if its going to be PS3 or XBOX.LOL> i cant believe how EA/HARMONICS has made themselves into a failure overnight. Quality control and research and development is a definate need in EA/HARMONICS they should be ashamed of themselves as a corporate intity selling defective merchandise at xmas!! Knowing fully well they have these issues.:mad:
