What the hell do I have to do to register my band?

I finally got registered as a "Rocker", but what do you have to do to register your "Band"? I can't find anywhere to do it and feel like a tard.

You will first have to link your psn id of live account to your profile.

Then your band and characters should show up in your profile.

360. I do all my Live ID stuff, then it gives me some "Duplicate entry query" erorr, but then right below that it says "Congrats! Your gamertag blah blah blah has been linked." But then nothing shows up. I've sent an email off to see if there's a system issue or what's the deal.
