xbox360 Fender Guitar with PC

I have Guitar Hero 3 for the PC and the guitar that came with Rock Band for the Xbox360 and im trying to get it to work it to work for the PC to play GH3 with it. It recognizes fine, it navigates the menus fine on GH3 but when i go to play a song half the fret buttons dont work, the green fret button is always held down and the strum bar or wammy bar doesn't work. I calibrated it in Game Controllers in Control Panel and did everything else i could think of. If anyone has any idea how to get their Fender Xbox360 Guitar Controller working for PC with GH3 please let me know.

use JoytoKey program on the net... and when you load up GHIII through windows.. hold down the Green Fret on your guitar until you get to the menu screen. See if that works. If you search for an answer, I posted a bit longer explaination around here somewhere... and if not here, on Scorehero.com
