Revolution-The Beatles

25 or 6 to 4-Chicago

Johnny B Goode-Chuck Berry

Beat It-Michael Jackson (The guitar part is from Eddie Van Halen so don't flip out)

Prince-Little Red Corvette or Let's Go Crazy...either one

Judas Priest-Painkiller

The Jimi Hendrix Experience-All Along the Watchtower; I shouldn't have to ask for this...should already be available

Temple of the Dog-Say Hello To Heaven

Led Zeppelin-Since I've Been Loving You; A) it's the greatest singing I know of by Robert Plant, B) it's a great song, C) it offers a nice alternative to the fast paced rock of this game, with this slow ballad that still covers the 4 instruments, D) if you listen to it you will have wasted your time reading my explanations because you won't have needed this

Big Brother and the Holding Company-Piece of My Heart; this is usually attributed to Janis Joplin, because she is the singer; however, she was apart of the band Big Brother when she recorded it...just a good song for the ladies to try and sing

Journey-Mother, Father
Pearl Jam-Release Me

The Beatles-Twist and Shout

Creedence Clearwater Revival-Travelin' Band

The Animals-The House of the Rising Sun

The Doors-Roadhouse Blues

Van Halen-Jump

Derek and the Dominoes-Layla

B.B. King-The Thrill is Gone

Billy Idol-Rebel Yell (Freakin' awesome solo)

Bob Marley-Is This Love

Bob Dylan-Like A Rolling Stone

Bon Jovi-You Give Love A Bad Name

Bryan Adams-Summer of '69

Carlos Santana feat. Steven Tyler-Just Feel Better

Cheap Trick-Dream Police

Cinderella-Don't Know What You Got Till It's Gone

David Bowie-Joe the Lion

The Doors-L.A. Woman

The Eagles-Hotel California

Queen-Brighton Rock

Shakey Ground-Elton John w/Don Henley (founder of the Eagles and co-writer of Hotel California)

Jailhouse Rock-Elvis Presely

Edge of Seventeen-Stevie Nicks

These are all classic songs and WE NEED THEM for download.

I know the Beatles were tough to leave but I think that their fame and popularity would grab people who might not get it otherwise because of all the harder songs, and Yellow Leadbetter is defintely Rock Band worthy, I just like Release Me better ;):D

Eventually these will probably make it in. HMX already said that it is harder to get the licensing for some of these artists so it will take some time before they can get certain bands in.

Good list.
