I ordered a replacement guitar today for my PS3 since my strum bar broke on mine. I got the tracking number and the billing information is recieved. Just wondering how long I should be expecting to wait until I get my replacement. Thanks! Also, do they ship you a box to ship yours back in? THANKS!

It depends. Did you do the normal or express delivery, where you provide them with a credit card number? If you did the normal, it will probably take about 2 weeks total turnaround time for you to get a replacement. The express will take a week or less. They will ship you a box with a prepaid shipping label to send your faulty guitar back to them with either delivery method.
